RE S 0LU'T ION
WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain certain laboratory
testings of the property upon which the police and municipal
court building will be constructed; and,
WHEREAS, Southwestern Laboratories, testing engineers,
has submitted an estimate for said work in the amount of
$11,926.50, which the City Council believes to be reasonable
and in the best interest of the City of Beaumont and its
citizenry; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Director of Community Development be, and he is hereby,
authorized to employee the services of Southwestern Laboratories
for the purpose of conducting the necessary testing for the
property upon which the police and municipal court building
is to be located.
