R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a License Agreement with
Southern Pacific Transportation Company permitting
the City to install a six inch water line across
property owned by Southern Pacific Transportation
Company adjacent to Interstate Highway 10, and the
City Clerk is authorized to attest the same and to
affix the seal of the City thereto.
PASSED. by the City Council this
day of January, 1973.
