R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he's hereby, authorized
to execute an agreement with International Business Machines
Corporation for the rental of a printer for the Data
Processing Division for a period of one year at a cost of
$510 per month, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest
to same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this day of January,
1973.
