R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on December 12, 1972,
for furnishing two (2) knuckle boom loaders for the Solid
Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Michel Machinery Corporation submitted a bid
for furnishing said two (2). knuckle boom loaders; and,
'WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Michel Machinery Corporation is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Michel Machinery Corporation in the amount of
$7,500 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
January, 1973.
