R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on December 12, 1972,
for furnishing and mounting two (2) front end loading
compaction units for the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company submitted a
bid for furnishing and mounting said two (2) front end
loading compaction units; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Pak -Mor Manufacturing Company in the amount
of $14,700 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the QJ day of January,
1973.
