WHEREAS, Harold Roundtree has applied for, an emergency
automobile wrecker permit; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont,in
public hearing,has determined that there is a public necessity
for Harold Roundtree to receive an emergency automobile -wrecker
permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That a public necessity and convenience exists for the issuance
of an emergency automobile wrecker permit to Harold Roundtree.
