R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the acquisition of underground utility
easements for Project 12-WU-04 of the City of Beaumont's
Capital Improvements Program is essential to the construction
and maintenance of underground utilities -and is further
considered to be in the best interest of the City of
Beaumont; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF,BEAUMONT:
That the Legal Department be, and it is hereby,
directed to commence negotiations with the property owners
of the hereinabove described.tracts of land as may be
necessary for the hereinabove described purpose, to the end
that the City of Beaumont shall acquire the easement
interest in the tracts of land necessary to accomplish
said purpose, and to the further end that the property owners
thereof shall receive thefair cash value for their property.
