R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Winter King and
Son entered into a certain agreement dated June 20, 1972,
by which agreement Winter King and Son agreed to provide
material, equipment, and labor for the construction of a
neighborhood recreation building at Rogers Park; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to said contract has
been proposed, under which said Change Order No. 1, certain
changes will be made in the specifications to construct
sidewalks at both sides of the building and in front of
the parking lot, at an additional cost to the City.of'$736;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and -he is hereby, authorized
to execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont to above
described Change Order No. 1 to the original contract, and
to expend the sum of $736 for the construction of said
sidewalks; and,
BE IT.FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to
same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
