R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a lease agreement.with Beaumont City Lines, Inc.,
leasing the real property of Beaumont City Lines, Inc., for
a term of three (3) years at a rental of Six Hundred Forty -
Five and 44/100 ($645.44) Dollars per month; and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest to same and to affix the seal
of the City thereto; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
purchase twenty-one (21) motor coaches, shop and garage
equipment, fare collection equipment, licenses, parts,
materials, and fuel from Beaumont City Lines, Inc. at a
price not to exceed Twenty-five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00)
Dollars.
