R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont
is of the opinion that a strip of land out of the David Brown
League, Jefferson County, Texas; lying on the south side of
what is now referred to as the Central Park tract of land
should be dedicated for street and utility purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Mayor Ken Ritter be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont an instrument
dedicating said land for said purpose, as described in the
instrument of dedication dated the % day of
1972
PASSED by the City Council this _��jday of
