R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on November 28,
1972, for purchasing uniforms for various City departments;
and,
WHEREAS, Factory Sales, Inc. submitted a bid for
furnishing uniforms; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that
the bid submitted by Factory Sales, Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Factory Sales, Inc. in the amount of $45,663.45
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the % day of
