R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on December 5, 1972,
for furnishing radio equipment for the Fire, Building
Maintenance and Operations, and Solid Waste Departments;
and,
WHEREAS, Motorola, Inc. submitted a bid for furnish-
ing said radio equipment; and,
WHEREAS,.the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Motorola, Inc. is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Motorola, Inc. in the amount of $4,385.00
with trade-in be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
December, 1972.
