R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, a claim for relocation costs in compliance
with the Federal Relocation Assistance Act has been received
from Mrs. Evelyn M. Coward, proprietor of Smokey the Bar,
for relocation expenses resulting from its displacement in
Capital Improvement Project 11-B-01; and,
WHEREAS, said claim is properly supported in compliance
with the procedure established for the relocation assistance
program; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Attorney's Office be, and it is hereby, authorized
to pay Mrs. Evelyn M. Coward, proprietor of Smokey the Bar
$340.00 in accordance with the relocation assistance program
and in accordance with the reports submitted by the City
Attorney relative to said claim.
