R E SO L U T I O N

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEA.UMONT;
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed
conveying a certain tract out of the IDA CORMIER SUBDIVISION to
EUGENE H. BARRY and wife, LILLIAN.LeBLANC BARRY in ex-
change for the sum of $400, 00, which.said property was acquired
by the City of Beaumont, the South Park Independent, School District
and the County of Jefferson, at a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes;
and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to attest the
same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the 5th day of

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises,
together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto
in anywise belonging unto the said EUGENE H. BARRY and wife,
LILLIAN LeBLANCE BARRY, their heirs and assigns forever.
But it is distinctly understood and agreed that this convey-
ance is made and accepted without covenants and warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied.
