A RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, on November 21, 1972, the City received bids
to lease two disk drives for the Data Processing Department
for a term of one year; and,.
WHEREAS, Genesis One Computer Corporation submitted
a bid in the amount of $4,680.00 for said disk drives; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Genesis One Computer Corporation, which was
the lowest and best bid, should be accepted and that a lease
contract should be entered into with Boothe Computer Corpora-
tion, whose marketing agent for them is Genesis One -Computer
Corporation, for the lease of said disk drives for a term of
one year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Genesis One Computer Corporation in the amount
of $4,680.00 be accepted, and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to execute on -behalf of the City of Beaumont
a lease contract with Boothe Computer Corporation for the
lease of two disk drives for the Data Processing Department
for a term of one year; and the City Clerk be, and he is hereby,
authorized to attest to said contract and to affix the seal
of the City of Beaumont thereto.
