A R E S O LUT ION
WHEREAS, the developers of Virginia Estates Addition,
Lots 1 thru 9. Block 7 and Lots 1 thru 9. Block 8, have com-
pleted the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements serving said addition; the improvements on Beale
Street consist of five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement
twenty feet (20') in width; and the developers of said addition
are desirous of having these improvements accepted and main-
tained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer
improvements serving Virginia Estates Addition, as above des-
cribed, be, and the same are hereby,accepted by the City of
Beaumont and shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
