A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Mar -Len, Inc.
entered into a certain agreement dated October 15, 19711 by
which agreement Mar -Len, Inc. agreed to provide material,
equipment and labor for the construction of certain improve-
ments to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No, 3 to said contract has been
proposed, under which said Change Order No. 3 certain changes
will be made in the specifications to provide concrete pave-
ment for levee at chlorine contact and asphalt type 2 on
west entry road at no additional cost to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont the above described
Change Order No. 3 to the original" contract to be effective
October 31, 1972; and be it further resolved that the City
Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to same and to affix the
seal of the City thereto,
PASSED by the City Council this the 3/gy day of
October, 1972.
