R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY. OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed
conveying a certain tract out of the BROADWAY PLACE ADDITION
to R. J. BROOKNER in exchange for the sum of TWO THOUSAND
AND NO/100 ($2, 000. 00) DOLLARS, which said property was acquired.
by the .City of Beaumont, The South Park Independent School District
and the County of Jefferson, at a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes;
and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to attest the
same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
