A R E S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Council does hereby accept the Texas Highway
Commission Minute Order #65317, dated September 30, 1971;
and the City Manager be, and he ishereby authorized, to
execute a Certification Statement certifying same; and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
the State of Texas and the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company for the signalization of the Todd Street crossing
by the Southern Pacific Railroad line, at a total cost to
the City of approximately $1,900.00; and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest to same and to affix the Seal of the
City thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the c�Z14 day of
