R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute an agreement with Beaumont City Lines, Inc., whereby
Beaumont City Lines, Inc. agrees to continue operation of the
bus lines throughout the life of the said agreement, and
Beaumont City Lines, Inc. grants to the City an option to purchase
buses and real estate belonging to Beaumont City Lines, Inc.
and alternatively, an option to lease all property belonging to
Beaumont City Lines, Inc. for the purpose of continuing local
bus service, at a total cost to the City of $900.00 per
month.
