R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement retaining William C. Key, CPA, to make.an independent
audit of accounts and financial transactions of the City
government for the fiscal year 1972®19.73 and for the interim
budgetary period beginning July 1, 1972 and ending September 30,
1972; and the Acting City Clerk is authorized to attest to
same and to affix the seal of the City thereto.
