R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on October 10, 1972,
for mast arms and poles for traffic signal installation for
the Traffic and Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Best Electric submitted a bid for furnishing
said mast arms and poles; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Best Electric is the lowest and best bid
meeting the specifications of the City of Beaumont and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Best Electric in the amount of $64,396.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the �'%�/q_day of
