A RESOLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to ex-
ecute on behalf of -the City of Beaumont an agreement retaining
George L. Ingram and Associates -Architects to prepare a plan-
ning study for an overall plan of development for the South
Texas State Fair facilities and a Beaumont Coliseum and/or
Convention Center at a. total cost to the City not to exceed
$17,000.00.
