R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to contract with appraisers and title companies for
preparatory work necessary to commencement of negotiations
for a water utility easement from approximately Tram Road,
on the north, south to approximately Gladys Street, as part of
the Capital Improvement Project.
