A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to ex-
ecute, on behalf of the City of Beaumont, a License Agreement
for Pure Transportation Company to install a 10.57 inch pipe
running through a 16 inch conduit pipe across Brooks Road in
the locations and manner as shown on the plats attached to
said agreement; and the Acting City Clerk is hereby authorized
to attest to said agreement and to affix the seal of the City
of Beaumont thereto.
PASSED by the City Council this the J day of
1972.
