R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Regional Criminal Justice Council has
provided funds for modification of the police communications
network and has received and awarded bids for the purchase
of said equipment, except for certain consoles in the amount
of $9,919; and,
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the Criminal Justice
Council and the bid of Motorola Communications and Electronics,
Inc. has been accepted by said Council as the lowest and
best bid for. the consoles; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the award of the bid for the purchase of the consoles to
Motorola Communications and Electronics, Inc. by the Regional
Criminal Justice Council is herein ratified by the City
Council and the expenditure of $9,919 of City funds for the
purchase of said consoles is hereby authorized.
PASSED by the City Council this _all, day of September,
1972.
