A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 13, 1962, The City of Beaumont recover-
ed judgment against GRA.DY BROWN, doing business as CUT-RATE MEAT
MARKET, in the amount of $165. 77, said judgment being in Cause No.
25731, in the Justice Court of Jefferson County, Texas, and being recorded
in the office of the County Clerk of Jefferson County, Texas, in the Abstract
of Judgment Records in Volume 15, Page 385; and
WHEREAS, the amount of said judgment has been tendered to
the City of Beaumont and a release of any and all liens existing by reason
of such judgment is desired, and the City Council is of the opinion that .
such release should be executed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEA.UMONT;
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $165, 77, together with interest and costs, to
execute and deliver an instrument releasirig,any and all liens existing by
reason of such judgment, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to said instrument and to affix the Seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
