A RES OLUTION
WHEREAS, the developers of Oak Lane Unit III Addition,
Lots 1 through 21, Block 4; Lots 1 and 2, Block 5; and Lots 1
through 12, Block 6, have completed the street, drainage, water
line and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition; the
improvements on Weaver Drive, Bancroft Drive, Evangeline Lane
and Stone Circle consist of five inch (5") reinforced concrete
pavement with six inch (601) integral concrete curb, twenty-seven
feet (271) in width, back of curb to back of curb; and the
developers of said addition are desirous of having these improve-
ments accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said improve-
ments qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance; and the
City Council is of the opinion that said improvements should be
accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improve-
ments serving Oak Lane Unit III Addition, as above described, be,
and the same are, hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
