A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, claims.for relocation costs in compliance
with the Federal Relocation Assistance Act have been received
from P P G Industries, Inc., Moses Gun and Locksmith, and
the 5-S Company for relocation expenses resulting from their
displacement in Capital Improvement Project 11-B-01; and
WHEREAS, said claims are properly supported in com-
pliance with the procedure established for the relocation
assistance program; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Attorney's Office be, and it is hereby, author-
ized to pay P P G Industries, Inc., Moses Gun and Locksmith,
and the 5-S Company in accordance with the relocation assistance
program and in accordance with the reports submitted by the
City Attorney relative to said claims.
