A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the developers of Northgate Addition, Lots
1 thru 10, Block l; Lots 1 thru 10, Block 2; Lots 29 thru 38,
Block 2; and Lots 1 thru 10, Block 3, have completed the street,
drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer improvements serving
said addition; the improvements on Chisholm Trail and Navajo
Trail consist of five inch (5") reinforced concrete pavement
with six inch (6") integral concrete curb, twenty-seven feet
(27') in width, back of curb to back of curb; and the developers
of said addition are desirous of having these improvements
accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said im-
provements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion .that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the street, drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer im-
provements serving Northgate Addition, as above described, be,
and the same are, hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and
shall be continuously maintained by the said City.
