R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on August 15, 1972,
for furnishing sixteen (16) front loading garbage containers
for the Solid Waste Department; and,
WHEREAS, Cleburne Truck and Body Sales, Inc. submitted
a bid for furnishing said sixteen (16) front loading garbage
containers; and,
WHEREAS, the City -Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Cleburne Truck and Body Sales, Inc. is the
lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY.OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Cleburne Truck and Body Sales, Inc. in the
amount of $3,900.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
