A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay the fee of Vinson, Elkins, Searls & Smith for legal ser-
vices rendered in connection with the issuance and sale of
$3,750,000 City of Beaumont General Obligation Bonds, Series
1972 and the issuance and sale of $1,000,000 City of Beaumont
Waterworks System Revenue Bonds, Series 1972-A, 4.Attorn.ey
General's Opinions re Series 1972 Bonds and 4 Attorney General's
Opinions re Series 1972-A Bonds, in the total amount of
$7,408.00, said fee to be paid from proceeds of the sale of
said bonds.
