R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City received bids on August 1, 1972,
for purchasing one year subscriptions on various periodicals
for the Tyrrell Public Library; and,
WHEREAS, Moore -Cottrell Subscription Agencies submitted
a bid for furnishing one year subscriptions on various periodicals;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the
bid submitted by Moore -Cottrell Subscription Agencies is the
lowest and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the bid of Moore -Cottrell Subscription Agencies in the
amount of $1,625.35 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this the zLd day of August,
1972.
