R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Attorney and the City staff be, and it is hereby,
authorized to contract with appraisers and title companies for
the following Capital Improvement Program projects: 11 -ST -06
(East Lavaca); 11 -ST -03 (Washington); 11 -ST -10 (Fourth Street);
ll -ST -04 -Part 1 (East Lucas).
