A RE SOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute an agreement with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
for the installation of fifty (50) additional centrex stations
and payment for same should the City terminate the agreement.
