A RESOLUT ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
retain Southwestern Laboratories to perform foundation testing
for the Police and Municipal Court Building, the cost of said
testing to be paid from the Capital Improvements Program Bond
Fund.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
Lu 1972.
