R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute,on behalf of the City of Beaumont, a License Agree-
ment for Humble Oil and Refining Company, a Delaware
corporation, to install a six inch (6") salt water line
inside of a ten inch (10") conduit (welded joint) across
Pevitot Street east of Montrose Avenue in the locations
and manner as shown on the plats attached to said agree-
ment; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to
said agreement and to affix the seal of the City of
Beaumont thereto.
