A RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor.be,. and he is hereby authorized, to execute a deed con-
veying a certain tract out of the Pinecrest Addition to Henry Esker
McGalin and wife, Mary Lou McGalin, in exchange for the sum of
$1, 800, 00, which said property was acquired by the City of Beaumont,
the Beaumont Independent School District and the County of Jefferson,
at a sheriff's sale for delinquent taxes; and that the City Clerk be, and
he is hereby authorized to attest. the same and to affix the seal of the
City thereto.
