A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller be, and he is hereby, authorized to
pay the fee of Underwood, Neuhaus & Co., Inc. for financial
advisory services rendered in connection with the issuance
and sale of $3,750,000 City of Beaumont General Obligation
Bonds, Series 1972 and the issuance and sale of $1,000,000
City of Beaumont Waterworks System Revenue Bonds, Series 1972-A,
in the total amount of $17;820, said fee to be paid from pro-
ceeds of the sale of said bonds.
PASSED by the City Council this the day of
1972.
