A RE SOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont entered into a contract
with the architecture firm of Steinman, Gordy and Huffhines
for architectural services to be performed for construction
of the Central Library Building; and,
WHEREAS, said contract provided for certain additional
services if said services were authorized by the City of
Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont desires to authorize
the architecture firm of Steinman, Gordy and Huffhines to
provide interior design and other.services required for or in
connection with the selection of furniture and furnishings for
the Central Library Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the architecture firm of Steinman, Gordy and Huffhines
be authorized to provide additional services of interior
design and other services required for or in connection with
the selection of furniture and furnishings as provided in
the contract between the City of Beaumont and the architecture
firm of Steinman, Gordy and Huffhines dated the 21st day of.
September, 1971.
PASSED by the City Council this the 27th day of June,
1972.
