A R E S O L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS, the City Council has by ordinance amended
Chapter 12 of the Code of Ordinances relating to personnel
policy; and,
WHEREAS, Section 12-1 of said new Chapter 12 of the
Code of Ordinances authorizes the City Manager to promulgate
personnel rules and regulations; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said rules and
regulations promulgated by the City Manager pursuant to the
authority of Section 12-1, Code of Ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the personnel rules and regulations promulgated by the
City Manager on June 27, 1972, are, in all things, hereby
approved.
