R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont
desires to accept Blocks 6 through 11 of the Fleetwood
Addition for maintenance; and,
WHEREAS, the Developers of Fleetwood Addition have
agreed to place $2,500 into escrow for the construction of
Edmonds Avenue inconsideration of the City's acceptance
of said Addition and on the condition that a connecting
street be constructed within seven years; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager of the City of Beaumont be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute an escrow agreement with
Frank L. Dover, C. A. Kohler, and M. L. Lefler, Jr., Developers,
in the amount of $2,500 to secure construction of Edmonds
Avenue in the Fleetwood Addition of the City of Beaumont,
Texas, should it become necessary.
