A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute on behalf of the City of Beaumont a contract with
E1 Mina Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Galveston, Texas, leasing
to the said El Mina Temple the Arena Area of the Fair Park
for the purpose of staging a circus for the days of August
19 and 20, 1972, at a consideration of Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars; and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest
to,said contract and to affix the Seal of the City of
Beaumont thereto.
