R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1972, the City Council authorized
the advertisement for bids for the construction of street and
drainage improvements under the Capital Improvements Program
in the vicinity of West Lucas,_Folsom and Crow Roads; and,
WHEREAS, certain changes in the specifications for said
improvements have been proposed by the Cityfs consulting
engineers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Addendum No. 1 and Addendum No. 2 to the specifications
for Capital Improvements Program Project No. 11 -ST -11, in the
vicinity of West Lucas, Folsom and Crow Road, as prepared by
Norris & Garrod Engineers, Inc., be, and the same are hereby,
adopted.
PASSED by the City Council this day of
1972.
