BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a letter agreement with Gulf States Utilities Company
for the use of a Gulf States Utilities Company easement
located in the H. Williams Survey for sanitary sewer.
