R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 6, 1972, the City Council of the
City of Beaumont enacted an ordinance selling certain
bonds of said City; and,
WHEREAS, all bidders for said bonds were required
to furnish good -faith deposits;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the appropriate officials of the City be, and they
are hereby, authorized to return the good -faith deposits
to all unsuccessful bidders.
