R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Texas Library Services and Construction
Act of 1972 has provided Tyrrell Public Library with
$8,400.00 in grant funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Controller, or his designee, be, and he is
hereby, authorized to pay the sum of $1,685.73 from said grant
to the New York Times for microfilmed volumes of the New
York Times and indexes to those volumes.
