A R E S 0 L U T I 0 N
WHEREAS., the developers of Gulf Terrace Addition,
Blocks 15, 163 18) 26, and 27, have completed the water line
and sanitary sewer improvements serving said addition; and
the developers of said addition are desirous of having these
improvements accepted and maintained by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the city engineer recommends that said
improvements qualify for acceptance for permanent maintenance;
and the City Council is of the opinion that said improvements
should be accepted and maintained by the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the water line and sanitary sewer improvements, as above
described in Gulf Terrace Addition, be and the same are hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and shall be continuously
maintained by the said City.
