A RESOLUT ION
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and Joe C. Norman Pavers,
Inc. executed a certain contract on July 20, 1971, for street
improvements on Norvell and Ney Streets in the City of Beaumont
at a total contract price of $20,349.20; and,
WHEREAS, Matt M. Racki, Consulting Engineer for the
City, has inspected the work and recommends its acceptance
and final payment to the contractor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City of Beaumont hereby accepts the completion of the
aforesaid contract in all particulars and does further author-
ize the final payment of $20,349.20 to the contractor.

1972.
