R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Beaumont provides
that there shall be one or more Magistrates of the Municipal
Court, one of whom shall be Chief Magistrate, and who shall
be elected by a majority vote of the City Council for a
term of two (2) years; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint Robert L.
Thomas and Wendell C. Radford to serve.as Magistrates of the
Municipal Court of the City of Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That Robert L. Thomas is hereby appointed Chief Magistrate
and Wendell C. Radford is hereby appointed Magistrate to serve
for a term of two (2) years in the Municipal Court of the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED by the City Council this �� day of
1972.
